Whatever the reality, I think my husband is crazy. He has got many tactics to save cash, or to get some of his money back, and he just will not do them. I do not understand why he is so laid back about it. It isn’t like we are well off enough to step down anytime soon. He is meant to track his very own mileage allowance, but he never does it. He uses our car each day of the week for his job, and he is regularly stuffing things in it that have no place in a vehicle.
My opinion is that his job caused the abuse of our last vehicle, and the mileage allowance would have at least made up for some of that. You would also think he’d have learned, but seemingly this is not true.
Regardless of how many times I converse with him about his mileage allowance, he will not keep up and keep track. He asserts he hasn’t got the time or the organizational abilities to do so.
I cannot do it for him, but I am getting extraordinarily upset with him. If it was his very own automobile, it’d be his very own problem, and he could avoid the mileage allowance if he would have liked to. I’m wishing he would think about stuff like this before he rams around the town for his company at my cost. They’ve been extraordinarily good to us, and it is not their fault that he will not take some time to jot down and keep track of the mileage allowance. They actually should not do it, and wouldn’t truly have a method to do it any way. They offer it to him, and that is all they must do. If he would make the effort to take care of it and get the money that is due to him, we could put it away towards one more auto.
